I have been in healthcare for over 31 years, including 18 years as a nurse practitioner, specializing in Internal Medicine, Functional Medicine, Aesthetics, Wellness, Weight Loss, bioTe Hormone Therapy for Men and Women, Thyroid Optimization, and Geriatrics. I am board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
I earned Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Christian Medical College and Hospital in Punjab, India in 1992 and Master of Science in Nursing degree from Indiana University in 2006. My clinical experience as an RN is medical/surgical, progressive care, oncology, home health, long-term care, and geriatric psychiatry.
My areas of special interest are diabetes and thyroid management, managing Patients with complex comorbid conditions, and to avoid polypharmacy.
My focus is on providing the highest level of care to my patients by using integrated medicine and incorporating natural medicine and most importantly, by getting to the “root cause of the problem”.
I love Aesthetics because it allows me to help people look and feel their best and feel more confident about themselves.
I enjoy mentoring Nurse Practitioner and Physician Associate students, and have supervised the preceptorships of dozens of students over the years. I teach Aesthetics , Thyroid Optimization, Hormone Therapy Men/Women, and Weight Loss classes through The Harmony Academy.
In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, cook, and travel.
I am married to my wonderful husband of 32 years, and have two grown up children, a very caring son-in-law, and two fur babies. I am blessed to be a Nani (Grandma) to handsome twin boys.

My name is Mae Mann and I am a Physical Therapist by profession, I have been practicing for over 30 years in different settings including home care and skilled nursing facilities.
Over the years of my practice, I have developed passion for pain management and my goal is to help clients improve quality of their life by using different modalities of pain management.
I have been a practitioner of the Dolphin Neurostim since 2016. As a PT I have seen many positive effects on patients that were debilitated due to pain. I have used the MPS ( Microcurrent Point Stimulation) on my friends, family and clients and have been very pleased with the results. I was even more pleased when the company came out with the vagal nerve stimulation, especially its potential for covid long haul therapy as well as simple relaxation, good sleep, and overall wellness.
I am also a Certified Kinesiotaping Practitioner which I use as an adjunct to manual therapy. The Kinesio Taping Method is applied on the body to reduce pain and inflammation for various medical conditions. Kinesio Tex Tape is an elastic therapeutic tape made specifically for the Kinesio Taping Method to microscopically lift the skin and motivate the body to start healing naturally. As Kinesio says, we tape with wisdom in Kinesio Tape itself where we use the body’s natural healing and the beneficial effect “wise” taping can have to unleash it and achieve notable results for pain relief.
I am currently seeing patients by appointment at Brownsburg Primary Care Aesthetics and wellness every Friday from 8:30 to 12:30 pm.
Looking forward to meeting you all!!
Harmony marks the start of a new chapter of my life. I am very excited to share my newest endeavor - Harmony Primary Care and Wellness, with our founding location in Brownsburg! Our doors are open at Brownsburg Primary Care Aesthetics and Wellness, a lifelong dream of mine come true.
I have called Brownsburg home since 2002. My husband Raj Sandhu and I moved here as a young couple with hopes of building a solid future for ourselves and our two children. We were excited and nervous to start over in a new town so different from any place we had ever known; this suburb on the west side of Indianapolis was a big change from the cities of Punjab, India that we had both grown up in and from the hustle and bustle of Chicago where we had spent the early years of our marriage. But something about this town made us feel hopeful from the very beginning.
As we open our doors, I can’t help but reflect on the last 22 years of my life and on all this town has given me. Right down the street, living in Brownsburg Crossing Apartments in the early 2000s, I learned to really believe in myself as a medical professional, studying during the day to earn my Masters at IUPUI to become a Nurse Practitioner and working night shift at Wishard Memorial Hospital. Right behind our current office, at Brownsburg Academy, I learned to really believe in myself as a mother, dropping my son off to his very first day of daycare, not sure which one of us shed more tears. As I look around this town, the memories are endless, but the theme remains the same. I learned to push myself because I knew that I was supported, like a flower blooming in an environment that finally feels just right. Brownsburg Primary Care, Aesthetics and Wellness is my way of giving back to the residents of Brownsburg, who have been like family. I hope that, like all the establishments in town that helped make me who I am today, Brownsburg Primary Care Aesthetics and Wellness will become a worthy part of our community.
As a young girl growing up in a big city of India, New Delhi, I surprisingly did not have big dreams but I always had this intrinsic desire to do my best and be my best in everything I do.
It is much later in my life that I am practicing yoga but I can now look back and see that the seeds were sown at an early stage of my life. My life journey has truly been a reflection of my thoughts and ideas coming alive with the help of some cosmic forces of nature which I had no idea existed around me. I never thought about coming to the U.S. until I moved here in 1997 and settled in Indiana. The Hoosier hospitality touched my heart and I decided to stay. I got married in 1999 to my husband, Navin Agarwal, and together we raised two beautiful children, Rahul and Ria, in Muncie, IN. I started practicing yoga in 2009 and as I saw and felt this practice changing me, I decided to share this wonderful experience with the world around me. In 2020 I got my 200 hours of yoga teachers training. Having a sound knowledge of the physical body with my professional degree and work as an occupational therapist in outpatient clinics, I felt comfortable with my foundation.
Continuing my personal growth under experienced yoga instructors, teaching at my local YMCA and my chance encounter with Rosie Sandhu were some of the other things I call ishvara pranidhana in yoga. Set your intention and set it free and then sit back and relax to watch the cosmic forces bring it all together for you. In other words, do not hesitate from your karma and at the same time do not get attached to the results.
I am so very excited to start this new journey with a very talented, compassionate and driven partner, Rosie Sandhu. Together we hope to bring our love for service to her hometown, Brownsburg, Indiana. We look forward to connecting with this beautiful community.
